Your initial assessment is split into two visits so we can get a clear understanding of your health and explain everything thoroughly:

Appointment 1: Initial Examination (with X-rays if clinically required)

✔️ Comprehensive physical examination (including X-rays if clinically required)
✔️ Begin identifying what may be contributing to your problem

Appointment 2: Report of Findings

✔️ Clear explanation of what’s affecting your health
✔️ Time to ask any questions you may have
✔️ A personalised plan outlining the best way forward

What the costs will be

If you wish to begin care at your Report of Findings, there will be time for treatment on the day (this carries a separate cost).

Optimum Posture Check - £0.00

For new patients only

Curious about your posture or spinal health? During this complimentary 10-minute appointment, you’ll meet with one of our chiropractors for a brief chat and posture check.

Using our posture assessment software, we’ll look at how your body is weight-bearing and whether there are any imbalances or changes in alignment. You’ll also get a simple visual overview of how your posture compares to an ideal baseline.

This session is designed to give you clear, easy-to-understand insights into your posture. If further assessment or care is appropriate, your chiropractor will explain the next steps; but there’s no obligation to continue beyond this appointment.

Sport Therapy Initial Consultation - £30.00

For new patients only

Your first appointment with our Sports Therapist is just £30, which includes both your consultation and your first treatment.
In this session, we’ll:

✔️ Take a brief health history and discuss your goals
✔️ Carry out a focused assessment to understand the issue
✔️ Begin treatment straight away using techniques such as deep tissue massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, cupping, or tailored exercise advice

By the end of your appointment, you’ll have had hands-on care plus clear guidance on the best steps forward.
